Lead QA and Release Engineer
A company is looking for a Lead QA & Release Engineer. Key Responsibilities Lead the Quality and Release team and develop the overall QA and Release Engineering strategy Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and establish CI/CD processes for software deployments Streamline build, test, and deployment automation in collaboration with the engineering team Required Qualifications 7+ years of full-stack QA experience with a proven track record in testing and release automation Experience managing QA contractor teams across different time zones Hands-on experience with robotic process automation (RPA), Selenium, and CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of build systems, version control (Git), and deployment workflows Knowledge of ML, AI, and LLMs is a plus
