Senior Manager of Process Operations
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Process Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Process Operations Team to achieve efficiency gains and productivity improvements
Address partner concerns by resolving issues and overseeing change management procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical tooling and process strategies
Required Qualifications:
Strong experience in leading teams and managing enterprise-level projects
Expertise in process mapping and aligning systems with customer journeys
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies (preferred)
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and strong skills in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with industry tools like Genesys, Tableau, and others
