A company is looking for a Lead Subawards Officer responsible for managing outgoing subawards for externally funded grants and contracts. Key Responsibilities Process, negotiate, issue, and track various types of outgoing subawards Provide expertise and customer service to the research community regarding subawards administration Conduct risk assessments and maintain a database to communicate the status of outgoing subawards Required Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience 5-7 years of experience managing and monitoring subawards agreements in a university setting Comprehension of federal, state, and local regulations related to sponsored program agreements Strong contract negotiation skills Excellent computer skills in MS 365 applications
