Key Responsibilities
Develops and executes advanced technical talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
Drives end-to-end talent acquisition processes for high-level technical roles across the organization
Serves as a technical subject matter expert, providing insights and solutions for unique recruitment challenges
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field
5 years of progressive full cycle recruitment experience
2 years of experience recruiting for niche, complex, and senior-level roles
Proficiency in employment laws and industry trends related to talent acquisition
Advanced expertise with recruitment platforms, including Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
