Viewpoint Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Viewpoint Admin/Support Specialist to assist with the maintenance and support of their existing ERP system. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for the Viewpoint ERP system, addressing user tickets and issues Maintain system functionality and assist with configuration without adding new features Act as the primary contact for Viewpoint, ensuring effective communication with end users and stakeholders Required Qualifications Experience in Viewpoint ERP administration and support Strong financial or accounting background Able to prioritize and manage a high volume of support tickets (150-200 monthly) Experience interacting with stakeholders across all levels of the organization Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
