Key Responsibilities
Provides daily guidance and training to WM Cares representatives
Handles customer escalations and monitors real-time performance of channels
Maintains customer service reports and acts as a liaison between teams
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (accredited)
2 years of relevant work experience in customer service or 1 year as a Waste Management Team Lead I
Must have no disciplinary actions within the last 90 days and meet performance expectations
Proficient in call center operations, MS Office, Salesforce, and MAS
Must reside within 50 miles of specified CE locations
