Learning & Development Director
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Learning & Development, Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Create and deliver claims training material and improve retention through feedback
Develop ongoing training programs and identify skill gaps within the department
Build and lead a team of managers while promoting a culture of knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in learning and development or knowledge management
7+ years of experience coaching and developing learning teams
6+ years of experience designing and implementing learning programs
6+ years of experience using data for root cause analysis and action planning
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional leadership teams
