Leave of Absence Administrator
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Administrator II - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage communication and administrative processes between employees, managers, and the LOA vendor
Oversee the administration of employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
Provide support and guidance to employees and managers regarding leave options and policies
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in leave of absence administration with an Associate's degree, or 5+ years with a High School Diploma
Experience partnering with vendors, leadership, and legal teams
Knowledge of leave of absence laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and prior experience with leave management systems
Experience with Workday or HR case management systems is preferred
