Oncology Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for an Oncology Customer Service Support Representative to assist patients and clients with health insurance and billing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high call volumes while providing assistance on insurance coverage and billing inquiries
Collaborate with departments to resolve reimbursement opportunities and document conversations accurately
Process payments and maintain records in compliance with HIPAA and PCI regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
1-3 years of relevant healthcare experience needed
Knowledge of medical billing practices and ability to interpret insurance EOBs preferred
Computer proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, and database systems required
Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
