Level 2 Service Desk Analyst
A company is looking for a Level 2 Service Desk Analyst-Remote, US.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 end user support via various channels, including administration of user accounts and connectivity issues
Support Office 365, Windows 10, Mac OS, Active Directory/Azure, Okta, MFA, and other administrative functions
Manage onsite deskside ticket queues and develop client-specific documentation and training materials
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a Service Desk, Onsite Support, or call center IT support environment
Experience with Fresh Service ticketing platform is required
Technical proficiency with Windows, Office, MAC iOS, and Mobile Device Management technologies
Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Okta, O365, MFA, and networking concepts
College or technology school degree preferred
