Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison for external groups and providers regarding clinical information related to behavioral health and substance use Partner with staff and departments on provider education and outreach, identifying gaps and developing educational efforts Implement and manage procedures for tracking operational issues and make recommendations for solutions Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health, or graduate from an accredited school of nursing 4-6 years of related experience providing behavioral health outpatient care in a community setting or independent practice Experience with assessment of treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse Licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or RN required State-specific licensure may be required for certain states
