A company is looking for a Remote PRN Physical Therapist to perform Utilization Review of medical insurance cases. Key Responsibilities Review Prior Authorizations for treatment based on clinical knowledge and medical guidelines Engage in peer-to-peer outreach with treating providers for clarification on clinical service requests Work on a flexible schedule, averaging 1-2 hours per week to complete cases Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Must be actively practicing a minimum of 8 hours a week in direct patient care At least 5 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist Recent experience working with children is required Must hold an unencumbered state license to provide Physical Therapy care Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a Green Card
