A company is looking for a Sr. Substation Engineer to lead or support utility and power substation projects. Key Responsibilities Develop substation layout drawings and one-line diagrams for new and existing substations Prepare calculations, reports, and equipment specifications for substation projects Manage technical, financial, and scheduling aspects of substation projects, and mentor junior engineers Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; advanced degree strongly preferred Professional Engineer License or on the path to obtaining licensure 5+ years of progressive experience in design, engineering, and project management within the power and utility industry Experience in high voltage substation and distribution projects Demonstrated ability with project management software for scope, schedule, and budget management
