A company is looking for a Client Service/Plan Manager, Disability & LTC Insurance. Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with corporate clients and provide administration and client service support for supplemental disability and long-term care insurance benefits Coordinate annual enrollment and communication campaigns and analyze census data for eligible executive populations Collaborate with the sales team to request quotes, verify accuracy, and create sales presentations Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent with additional education/training required 2-3 years of Account Servicing or Corporate-level Customer Service experience required Experience with disability and long-term care products preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required Life and Health license with Long Term Care preferred or to be obtained within six months of employment
