Liferay Product Analyst

A company is looking for a Liferay Product Analyst to support the technical development and implementation of its proprietary clinical platform. Key Responsibilities Manage user support through support tickets and system configuration Solicit and manage user feedback through surveys, focus groups, and customer discovery Facilitate testing of new functionality rollouts and provide basic data analysis support Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT Management, or related field, or equivalent experience 1+ years of experience in Information Technology (IT) or related fields 2+ years of product analyst or similar experience, preferably in a non-profit setting Experience with Liferay, version 7.4 or later preferred Proficiency with data analysis tools such as R, Python, and SQL preferred
