A company is looking for a Linguist to work remotely in the USA. Key Responsibilities Design test sets and conduct experiments for evaluating system response quality Analyze system metrics and identify areas for improvement in response quality Plan and lead internal red team operations and communicate findings to relevant teams Required Qualifications Experience with SQL and basic scripting Knowledge of regular expressions 1-2 years of experience in red teaming or adversarial dataset creation preferred Familiarity with languages other than US English is a plus Experience working with LLM, chatbots, or virtual assistants preferred
