Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Revenue Operations professionals
Drive improvements in forecasting, territory management, and data integrity across GTM tools
Ensure operational excellence in GTM motions through scalable processes and automation
Required Qualifications
Leadership experience in Revenue Operations within a SaaS environment
4-6+ years of Revenue Operations experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships
Experience managing and optimizing a GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and other tools
Track record of building scalable operational processes and implementing tools and automation
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with stakeholders across various departments
