A company is looking for a Manager of Staff Culture and Executive Support.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate an environment of belonging and trust reflecting the organization's values
Collect, analyze, and present organizational data to support decision-making
Oversee administrative processes and manage logistics for leadership and team meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Sociology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
5-7 years of experience in staff development, cultural intelligence, or data analysis
Strong understanding of cultural intelligence principles and experience in staff engagement projects
Proficiency in data analysis tools and experience in training staff in data literacy
Demonstrates a deep commitment to Jesus Christ and familiarity with the organization's cultural framework
