A company is looking for an Associate Advisor, Employee Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow a personal book of business by generating, prospecting, soliciting, and closing new accounts
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and discovery
Develop a comprehensive understanding of insurance products and participate in sales meetings
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Must obtain and maintain a state insurance license within the first 90 days of employment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to learn insurance company and firm software systems
Willingness to engage in an in-depth training program
Exposure to existing clients for mentorship opportunities
