Massachusetts Finance Manager
A company is looking for a Finance Manager, MassHealth Product. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, distribute, and present MassHealth financial reports to ACO partners and state agencies Collaborate with the population health team to develop initiatives for maximizing financial performance at each ACO Work with financial planning and system analytics teams to identify financial performance drivers and improvement opportunities Required Qualifications: A minimum of three years of experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare finance Demonstrated ability to drive performance in a healthcare finance environment Experience with financial reporting and analysis Strong understanding of MassHealth program design Ability to manage external relationships effectively
