Massachusetts Licensed Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Commercial Transactions. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements Assist in drafting and maintaining terms of use and contest rules Advise on risk management through contract negotiations and ensure compliance with laws Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements JD from an ABA-accredited law school, ideally in the top 25% of the class, with MA bar admission or eligibility Ability to assess risks and provide practical, business-focused legal solutions Highly motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects Experience with advertising agreements or data privacy agreements is a plus
