A company is looking for a Material Approval Process (MAP) Specialist. Key Responsibilities Manage project timelines and ensure compliance of promotional and educational materials through the MAP review process Coordinate and facilitate meetings, track project progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, summarizing agreements and ensuring collaborative project completion Required Qualifications 5-7 years of direct experience in pharmaceutical/medical materials routing and approval processes Experience with Veeva Promo Mats or similar electronic workflow management systems Project management experience with multiple ongoing projects Understanding of commercial print and fulfillment processes is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team under deadline pressure
