Medical Clinical Guideline Writer

A company is looking for a Medical/UM Clinical Guideline Writer who will develop and maintain Utilization Management process documents. Key Responsibilities Research, write, and edit UM Clinical Guidelines throughout their lifecycle Collaborate with Clinical Subject Matter Experts to ensure clinical content accuracy Oversee the Clinical Guideline Committee and facilitate meetings Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree preferred or 4+ years of medical writing experience; Master's Degree or PhD also considered Experience in medical research and/or medical writing Preferred healthcare experience of 2+ years Ability to integrate feedback from diverse operational groups into written products Preferred knowledge of NCQA, URAC, and CMS regulations
