Mentorship Community Manager

A company is looking for a Mentorship Talent and Community Manager. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute mentor acquisition strategies, primarily in the U.S., while supporting needs in the UK and ROW Oversee mentorship operations, including onboarding, training, and performance management of mentors Collaborate with internal teams to ensure mentor services align with student success goals and drive continuous improvement Required Qualifications Proven track record in recruitment, talent management, education, or customer success Experience sourcing and managing freelance/contractor talent, preferably in EdTech or related fields Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and customer support platforms like Zendesk preferred Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments with cross-functional teams
