Microsoft 365 Helpdesk Technician
A company is looking for a Microsoft 365 Helpdesk Technician to provide support for users, devices, and systems in a cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Surface and resolve day-to-day support issues related to desktop/end-user support and applications
Manage IT Helpdesk operations, including monitoring and reporting on service objectives
Assist with the implementation of new workloads and respond to all computer/mobile issues as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3+ years of IT and service desk experience
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft and Mac operating systems for installation and troubleshooting
Related Microsoft 365 administrative and configuration certifications
Familiarity with Azure AD Connect and cloud integration technologies
Experience in managing ticketing systems and escalations
