A company is looking for a Microsoft Programs Manager. Key Responsibilities Oversee project management of Microsoft Programs and drive program innovations to achieve business objectives Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to enhance Microsoft Programs and ensure alignment with various departments Develop and update a sustainable business plan for all programs using Microsoft templates and guidance Required Qualifications At least four (4) years of experience in a program management role At least two (2) years of experience in Channel Sales, preferably in the IT Channel At least two (2) years of experience in Sales/Business Development B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience Proven success in creating scalable business plans and analyzing results for continuous improvement
