Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls regarding annuity contracts, addressing inquiries and service requests from consumers and agents
Utilize online resources to educate and process requests for highly regulated products while ensuring compliance with privacy policies
Provide excellent customer service, manage complaints, and follow up to ensure resolution of issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or insurance is a plus
Entry-level position; prior customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with insurance products, particularly annuities, is advantageous
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established metrics
Knowledge of HIPAA and state/federal regulations related to privacy and compliance
