A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to perform in-home health assessments on Medicare Advantage Members in Mississippi. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members within assigned counties Manage a flexible schedule, offering both part-time and full-time options Complete assessments that last between 45-90 minutes during operational hours from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday Required Qualifications and Education Minimum of 6 months experience as a Nurse Practitioner Active, unencumbered NP license and national certification (ANCC or AANP) All board certifications accepted except PMHNP or WMNP Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology is preferred Home health care or home visit experience is a plus
