Missouri Licensed Compensation Consultant
A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day compensation requirements including job analysis, market pricing, and salary range development
Seek market intelligence to inform and recommend solutions for compensation programs
Provide compensation leadership and guidance for designated hospital groups and lead large-scale initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or a related field
5-10 years of relevant experience in compensation
No supervisory experience required
Preferred: Master's Degree in Business, HR, or a related field
Preferred certifications: CCP, SHRM Sr Certified Professional, SPHR
