A company is looking for an MPI Technical Lead to oversee the Master Patient Index system and lead a technical team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the MPI team's workload, project intake, and progress reporting Maintain and support the IBM MDM infrastructure, ensuring system performance and data integrity Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement system enhancements and resolve issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 2-5 years of experience with SQL, Databricks, Data Factory, and API troubleshooting Strong understanding of large-scale databases and complex data structures Experience with IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management (preferred) Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and integration standards (preferred)
