Municipal Disclosure Senior Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Primary Disclosure Group. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Primary Disclosure Group, providing strategic direction and oversight to a team of approximately 10 professionals Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, rules, and guidelines pertaining to municipal disclosure Oversee the preparation and review of official statements, continuing disclosure reports, and other public finance documents Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in public finance, with a strong focus on municipal disclosure Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team In-depth knowledge of municipal securities regulations, including SEC and MSRB rules Will be required to sit for and pass the Series 50 and Series 54 exams
