A company is looking for a Director, Cost & Inventory Accountant. Key Responsibilities Scale the cost accounting processes and develop the cost accounting team to support commercial growth Lead cross-functional discussions to provide technical accounting guidance in compliance with US GAAP and identify cost savings opportunities Own the period-end financial close process, develop reporting packages, and manage audits related to cost accounting Required Qualifications 15+ years of total work experience 3+ years of experience leading a cost accounting team 3+ years of public accounting experience; CPA preferred Hands-on experience with Netsuite Experience in a diagnostics, genomics, or life sciences company is preferred
