NCC Tier II Technician
A company is looking for a NCC Tier II Technician - 3rd Shift. Key Responsibilities Monitor internal and external networks across a multi-vendor environment Perform initial triage diagnosis on faults and escalate issues as required Manage fault receipt, identification, logging, and resolution to meet service availability targets Required Qualifications Minimum of two years proven NOC experience in the telecommunications industry Experience with Routing, Switching, VLANS, DWDM & Fiber Familiarity with multi-vendor environments including Ciena, Cisco, Juniper, and others Knowledge of OSP practices and troubleshooting Layer 2/3 trouble tickets Ability to work 24/7 shift patterns, including holidays and nights
