Key Responsibilities Proactively manage incidents to prevent high severity issues and business impact Lead high severity incidents and provide timely updates and communications Create Root Cause Analysis reports for Sev-1 outages and propose permanent fixes Required Qualifications CCNA certification Experience with networking skills including routers, switches, and WAN Proficient in incident management and service management Ability to perform initial triage on networking devices Previous client experience in a similar role
