Nevada Licensed Call Center Rep
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalate complex cases as needed
Resolve client issues, update account history, and follow up to ensure inquiries are addressed
Collaborate with team members and management to efficiently process client inquiries and recommend workflow changes
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
Knowledge of basic help desk software and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work effectively in a team and identify appropriate stakeholders for client inquiries
Availability to work an 8-hour shift until 5pm Pacific, Monday through Friday
Must pass a background check, including an additional FBI/fingerprint check for Nevada residents
