A company is looking for a Hudson County Field Director. Key Responsibilities Recruit and hire field organizers Train organizers for voter persuasion, mobilization, and volunteer recruitment Analyze organizer performance and manage scheduling and transportation plans Required Qualifications At least one election cycle of canvassing and field organizing experience Familiarity with VAN or a similar voter database tool Preferred experience in canvass directing or issue advocacy campaigns Experience training others and using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Knowledge of the region and relationships with local organizers
