A company is looking for a Therapist to provide trauma-informed care to youth and families. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions and document them according to regulatory requirements Develop treatment plans with specific goals and objectives Collaborate as a member of the treatment team and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions Required Qualifications Master's degree in a Human Services field 1 year of experience in child welfare services Valid professional license in the relevant field (e.g., LPCA, LPCC, CSW, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT, LPA, LPP) Understanding of culture's role in human behavior and ability to deliver culturally sensitive services Ability to foster respectful partnerships with clients and their families
