New Mexico Licensed Instructional Designer
A company is looking for an EPIC Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement curricula and educational materials for Epic users based on instructional design principles
Review and improve curricula development based on post-class survey data and compliance audits
Ensure educational programs are current with Epic system changes and support the training of learners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associate degree required, or 3 years of experience in lieu of a degree
2 years of professional experience in Training, Information Technology, or Healthcare operations
Minimum of 2 years in an Intermediate Instructional Designer role to progress to Senior
Current Instructional Design certification and Epic certification required within 6 months
Experience with Microsoft Office tools and e-learning platforms
