A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Regulatory and Privacy. Key Responsibilities Serve as a regulatory thought partner to Product teams, providing guidance on privacy and clinical regulatory implications Collaborate with Compliance teams on policy development, audit response, and legal interpretations of healthcare regulations Develop scalable regulatory frameworks to support clinical operations nationwide while ensuring compliance with state requirements Required Qualifications 8+ years of legal experience with significant healthcare regulatory expertise, especially in telehealth and privacy Deep understanding of multi-state healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and telehealth Experience as a trusted advisor in a healthcare technology environment JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing Proven ability to balance compliance obligations with business objectives in fast-paced organizations
