A company is looking for a Member Experience Associate - Retention. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of customer communications to resolution Identify customer needs and provide innovative solutions to enhance satisfaction Act as a liaison to resolve issues and promote customer retention Required Qualifications Minimum of two years in a call center environment Previous experience in retention call center roles is preferred Must possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license across multiple states Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively Proficiency in using various applications and tools for customer interaction
