A company is looking for a Non-QM Wholesale Account Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage a pipeline of loans from submission to funding while providing exceptional service Serve as the primary contact for brokers and borrowers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the loan lifecycle Review loan files for completeness and accuracy, coordinating with relevant parties to obtain documentation Required Qualifications Minimum of two years of mortgage experience, preferably in Non-QM loan processing or account management Proven success in managing a loan pipeline from submission to funding Strong understanding of Non-QM products and guidelines Experience with Lending QB/Meridian Link is highly preferred Proficient in MS Office and mortgage loan origination systems
