Non-QM Account Manager Team Lead
A company is looking for a Non-QM East Coast Wholesale Account Manager Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers to ensure timely loan closings and effective customer relationship management
Serve as the main point of contact for Brokers, Borrowers, and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service
Monitor and manage loan applications and pipeline, providing training and support to team members as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years of mortgage Account Manager or loan processing experience, with at least one year in a leadership role
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record
Expertise in non-QM product knowledge is a plus
Experience with Lending QB/Meridian Link is highly preferred
Proficient in MS Office products and strong organizational skills
