Ohio Medicaid Call Center Rep
A company is looking for an Ohio Medicaid Inbound Contacts Representative to assist members with healthcare inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Address incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries from Medicaid members
Resolve complex benefit questions and educate members on their options
Support outbound call campaigns by conducting outreach to members
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Teams
Strong technical skills and ability to work across multiple software systems
Must be willing to remain in this position for 12 months before applying to other opportunities
Must currently reside in the state of Ohio
