A company is looking for an Executive Director - Molecule Lead in Ophthalmology within the Client Delivery Unit (Clinical Trials). Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and leadership for clinical drug development from early phase through commercialization Engage with client leadership to ensure project delivery and satisfaction while maximizing revenue Drive operational efficiencies and optimize business processes to support project execution and delivery Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in healthcare or related field 15+ years of clinical trials experience, including 4 years in clinical program leadership Experience in developing and managing budgets and resources in a clinical setting Proven track record in strategic drug development, particularly in Ophthalmology Experience working in a CRO setting with full scope clinical drug development experience
