Oracle Absence Management Lead
A company is looking for an Oracle Absence Management Lead to manage the implementation of the Oracle Absence Management module within Oracle Cloud HCM.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Absence Management, including design, configuration, testing, and support
Design and configure absence plans and accrual policies for various employee types, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
Collaborate with Payroll and HRIS teams to integrate absence data with payroll processing and conduct system testing and validation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, specializing in Oracle Absence Management
Proven experience leading at least two full-cycle implementations of the Absence Management module
Strong understanding of FMLA compliance, vacation accruals, and leave policies
Expertise in configuring absence plans and eligibility rules within Oracle Cloud
Knowledge of payroll integration and its impact on absence transactions
