Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding of new partners and ensure a smooth integration process
Deliver value to existing partners by addressing operational needs and optimizing performance
Maintain healthy partner relationships and identify growth opportunities within the partner portfolio
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer support, account management, customer success, or business operations
Strong project management, analytical, and technical abilities
Experience in renewable energy project development or wholesale energy markets is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment and manage time effectively
Experience working with distributed teams and using remote communication tools
