Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to develop people strategies that align with business goals
Provide guidance on employee relations and navigate challenges with empathy and integrity
Design and implement talent management initiatives to support employee growth and development
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certifications preferred
4-5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role in a global environment
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices
Ability to build trust and manage complex relationships with diverse stakeholders
Experience in remote work environments and effective virtual communication
