Key Responsibilities Lead the collections team to meet cash collection goals and improve reimbursement rates Research payer policies and manage claim denials and appeals effectively Develop and deliver reports to management on payer issues and contribute to process improvements Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably in genetic billing 3+ years of experience in handling denials and writing appeals High school diploma plus some college preferred Knowledge of CPT codes, medical terminology, insurance plans, and ICD 10 codes Experience with Practice Management systems; Xifin experience preferred
