Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations and oversee multiple departmental actions Ensure adherence to contracts and service level agreements while monitoring quality Direct and coach Wage Attachment Specialists, supporting project planning and rollout Required Qualifications and Education 2 to 4 years of experience in high-volume payroll operations for U.S. and/or Canadian payroll Strong analytical and technical expertise in payroll processes Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred CPP/FPC certification is highly desired Flexible work schedule availability to support client needs
