Payroll Service Advocate
A company is looking for a Payroll Partner Service Advocate to provide customer service support to payroll partners and insureds.
Key Responsibilities
Handle communication with payroll partners via phone, email, and platforms to deliver excellent customer service
Resolve routine to advanced issues while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs)
Build relationships with partners and internal teams to enhance communication and anticipate customer needs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred
1+ year in a high-volume customer contact environment required; insurance customer service experience preferred
Proficient in G-Suite Tools, Salesforce, Payment Processing Systems, and Slack preferred
Intermediate problem-solving skills to address simple to moderately complicated issues effectively
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
